Born in Toulon, France, Diane Gabrielle Sibelle-Lemor is in fact of Parisian origin.
Diane has shown a lifelong passion for and commitment to the arts. An accomplished artist with many talents, she studied the violin and the piano during her youth and adolescence, ultimately completing music degrees from the Music Conservatories of Cannes and Paris. As an actress, she occasionally played some minor parts in a couple of movies - including "Allons s'enfant" by Yves Boisset. Now she pursues painting as her primary creative pursuit.
Her professional life has not afforded her much opportunity to entertain her artistic abilities. However, while living and working in Tunisia, Algeria, Germany, and since in the United States, she has come into direct contact with a variety of different cultures and customs, which have greatly influenced her life and art. She has also traveled extensively in the African, Asian, European, and North and South American continents, further enhancing her visual repertoire.
